The Inner Development Course Series is a 10 week course, designed to support a better understanding of how to access our true authentic self.  It provides tools in which to discern the voice of ego and the voice of wisdom. Through methods of mini-meditations, creativity, and discovering beliefs, each individual will be liberated to the simple and direct way inward. 

Held on Monday nights from 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm.  Pre registeration is recommended, not required.  Please call the store at 941-747-1922 or Willow directly at 941-730-5974.  You can also drop an email to willow@bodymindsoulution.com.  If a follow-up response is not sent within 48 hours, please call.

Investment:  $20 per class or pre-pay for all 10 weeks at an incentive rate of $175 – includes most supplies. 

Courses are designed so that you may take them individually or as a full course.  Note the topic on feelings and dreams are two consecutive weeks. 

Payment is due the night of the course.  Cash/Visa/Mastercard accepted.

9/14/2009   Introduction – What is the Inner voice, intuition and the unconscious?  How can they support inner development?  Who are the Helpers?

9/21/2009 & 9/28/2009  Feelings – What are feelings for?  Where do they come from?  Where are they stored when not recognized?  What do we do with them?  (This is a two week course)

10/5/2009  Inner No – Learning the difference between judgment and discernment and how to say the Inner No to the behaviors and beliefs you learn are coming from ego.

10/12/2009 & 10/19/2009  Dreams – What they are here to show us.  How they help us to access the unconscious and a light introduction to interpretation.  (This is a two week course)

10/26/2009   Automatic Writing – How to utilize pen and paper to reveal inner aspects of self.  Bringing the hidden you to the surface.

11/2/2009    Internal Art – Allowing self to express through color... 

11/9/2009 & 11/16/2009   Vision/Discovery Boards – Using magazines and various other paper and glue to create a vision or discovery board of your soul.
