Heart Centered Therapy uses masterful dialoging techniques, visualization and your own personal spiritual connection to embark on a journey of self discovery.
This beautiful modality uses the voice of the heart to lovingly guide us through our personal process in discovering emotional components of disease held within the core of the body. Without reliving the trauma, it gently and respectfully brings ancestral patterns, energetic patterns and family lineage into consciousness for healing. Completing this process allows one to return to their innate state of wholeness and health.
Sessions are available by phone or in person
Investment $100 per session.
Please set aside 1 to 1-1/2 hours for the session. Also, save time after for integrating all you are about to discover.

Heart Centered Therapy was developed by Alaya Chikly while on a soul quest seeking spiritual understanding and healing. Her 10-year journey overseas took her to a Buddhist Temple in Thailand, to Jerusalem, Paris and to India and Berlin intermittently. She studied with teachers, scholars and healers that were able to give her the resources to heal body, mind and soul. This work truly emerged from her love of heart, and her longing for truth.
